SLEEP–setting personalised sleep routines around your commitments which will support your energy levels, productivity, and mental health.

BODY IMAGE–improving your thoughts, feelings and actions based on your body shape. This is where many stop-start nutrition and exercise behaviours stem from, which can be really detrimental to our mental health. Focussing on body appreciation as a way to improve body image.

MOTIVATION–flipping the motives from how you look, to how you feel because of your habit changes IS AN ABSOLUTE GAME CHANGER when it comes motivation long term. This in turn builds better consistency and greater progress.

STRESS –having planning tools and mindset resources to help manage stress, worry and feelings of anxiety. Using our workouts as a way to build resilience and also cope with stressful situations.

CONFIDENCE –being encouraged to gradually step outside of your comfort zones to reduce fear and build confidence. Understanding how you get into a rut, and more importantly what is within your control to help get out.

HEALTH FOCUSSED FAT LOSS – finding a method of sustainable fat loss which also caters for physical, mental, and social wellbeing. Being able to link body appreciation, respect for your body, and other wellbeing habit changes to fat loss.
