MOTIVATION–flipping the motives from how you look, to how you feel because of your habit changes IS AN ABSOLUTE GAME CHANGER when it comes motivation long term. This in turn builds better consistency and greater progress.

STRESS –having planning tools and mindset resources to help manage stress, worry and feelings of anxiety. Using our workouts as a way to build resilience and also cope with stressful situations.

What is the main purpose of this coaching programme?

To improve your quality of life by dispelling exercise, nutrition, motivation and mindset myths. To provide both flexible and sustainable methods so that you can finally achieve lasting change to both your physical and mental wellbeing.

Who can apply?

Our principles will help anyone who applies and is accepted. However the majority of the people we work with are parents or grandparents (35-60 years old), who need help balancing work, retirement, family, bad habits and their own health.

Where is the gym based?

We are 2minutes from the Metrocentre and just off the A1 inside Dunston Enterprise centre, NE11 9EL.

What if I'm too busy?

This programme is designed to be completely flexible and sustainable to help reduce stress rather than create more stress. Most of the admin is done via your personalised coaching app and you are prompted exactly when to check-in. Support is always there when needed. Think minimal stress for maximum progress.

Are the workouts personalised and can they cater for all levels of fitness?

Yes, we will personally write/create your workout plans depending on everything we discuss in your in-depth, personalised induction chat after sign up.

What if I can't make the gym sometimes (holidays, work, childcare, etc)?

We have multiple programme options for you to help eliminate any excuses in creating lasting health routines. These include at our facility (in Gateshead, UK), at your home or at any gym in the world (which we will discuss on your call).

How does your gym work?

Our HQ - in Gateshead is a small group personal training specialised facility.  We only hold coached workout sessions in a ratio of max 6 people to 1 coach at anytime. We have over 20 weekly options for our members to choose from which they can mix and match week to week.  Each member can use up to a maximum of 3 sessions per week.

How often do I have to workout?

Certainly not everyday! You will be shown how to workout effectively a few times per week around your schedule, so you can avoid wasting any time and effort. Most of our team members workout between 2-4 times per week, depending on various factors which we will discuss on your call.

How is the rest of the programme delivered?

Alongside your extremely important sustainable workout plans, the remainder of the self development programme is delivered via online coaching through our private website and private online community. We cover nutrition, habit, mindset and lifestyle to support both physical and mental well being, long-term.

I can never stick to diets or training plans, what if I can't stick to this?

That's because you have never been shown a sustainable and realistic method to changing your weight, shape and lifestyle that supports both your physical and mental health in the past. There's no set plan that fits all here, if something isn't working, we work together to fix it! We work on changing your mindset and approach to exercise and nutrition so that motivation is no longer a barrier.

How much does it cost?

We are transparent about our coaching packages. You can find all the options near the top of this page. We want to know we can definitely help you, and that you are the right fit for our coaching, so we advise coming to a free taster session or filling out a form to have a chat with our head coach, Ben, before hand.

How long does the coaching last?

All of our membership package options are for a minimum of 6months commitment. We aren't another quick fix that doesn't last. We are here to create long-term health and wellbeing changes - which doesn't happen in 6 -12 weeks. We don't kick you out at 6months either - many people stay on because they love the accountability, support and community.
