WHAT DOES MHEC MEAN FOR YOU?

We know how to help people who don't currently exercise, or enjoy exercise, to make a start, feel welcome, be safe, and finally find and benefit from movement consistency.

✅We understand poor mental health, mental illnesses, and the struggles this can pose internally and externally. This understanding allows us to help people more effectively.

✅We create a non-judgemental and supportive environment that makes everybody feel like they have a place in a gym regardless of how they look, or what their current fitness levels are.

✅We help make exercise enjoyable so that it can become a regular and consistent part of people's lives for those who haven't particularly enjoyed it before.

✅We can link exercise to positive mental health for those struggling with things like stress, anxiety and depression. Flipping the mindset that a gym and exercise is just about shape change and weight loss, to how it can impact your feelings and emotions.

✅We provide education, tools and resources that help with long-term stress, energy and time management - all of which have a huge impact mental health.

✅We are able to adapt workouts to suit individual needs on the day. No one size fits all, no rigid and unrealistic workout expectations.

"If you feel shit in the process, it ain't going to last!"
